Returns:
Items may be returned within 15 days of the delivery for an exchange or refund. Exchanges and refunds will be for the amount of the returned products excluding the shipping charges.
Items that have been shipped incorrectly will be handled at no additional cost including shipping costs. Please contact us at 239-963-9410 and let us know what you will be returning and why. Shipping Policy:
Orders for items in-stock will be shipped the same working day if placed before Noon EST Monday thru Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Shipping will be via USPS and you will be sent tracking information once the order has been shipped.
